Paste what you copied from ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, pick where it's going — Email, Word, Google Docs, Notion, Slack, LinkedIn or plain text — and copy it back clean, with rules tuned to each destination: Word gets real headings, bold and lists; email gets normal spacing; LinkedIn gets stable line breaks inside its 3,000-character limit.
