Mentbot turns Facebook and Instagram comments into private sales conversations. When someone comments on a post, Mentbot replies under the comment and sends the commenter a private message in Messenger or Instagram Direct, so a "How much?" becomes a chat the seller can close.

Keyword and hashtag rules decide which reply goes out, and each rule can be limited to specific posts. Mentbot can also like or hide comments automatically, and sends a Telegram alert when a customer's message sits unread.

It is not a chatbot builder, so there are no flows to design. Plans are priced in US dollars by daily comment volume, from $9 to $49 a month. Every plan has every feature and unlimited Facebook Pages, and the 14-day free trial needs no credit card. Built in Bangkok, Thailand.
